Our mission: To empower people and businesses in our community with essential First Aid knowledge and skills.
Our goal is to make these skills second nature, giving everyone the confidence to step forward and act when it matters most. We believe First Aid is a shared responsibility that connects and protects us all.
We take a whole-person approach, supporting both physical health and mental wellbeing. By teaching Physical First Aid and First Aid for Mental Health, we equip people to respond to accidents, medical emergencies, and moments of emotional distress with confidence, care and calmness. Supporting wellbeing in body and mind helps create safer, stronger, more resilient communities.

Inclusivity
We make First Aid accessible for all – regardless of background, learning style, or confidence level. Our sessions are supportive, practical, and welcoming, so that anyone can learn, ask questions, and leave feeling confident.
Integrity
We teach with honesty and evidence-based practice. Our training is grounded in real experience and current guidance, so you know what we teach is relevant, reliable and grounded in best practice.
Community
We are rooted in Yorkshire, working with businesses, schools, hospices and community groups, however our impact reaches far beyond. We see First Aid as a skill that is a shared responsibility strengthening our communities and saving lives.
People-centred
We focus on the individual in every session. By understanding the confidence, experience, and environment of learners, we make First Aid feel real, achievable, and ready to use – empowering people to act with confidence and compassion when it matters most
