Big Sick, Little Sick?! First Aid for Parents

Learn essential First Aid skills specific to children and babies from Helen Underwood, First Aid Expert, former NHS Paediatric Physiotherapist, founder of Underwood Training and Mum. Helen is passionate about helping people learn simple skills that save lives. She shares why small children are NOT small adults and why this course is essential knowledge in the pre-course introductory video.

There are 14 sections to the course, many of which have been split into smaller sub-sections – Helen is well aware of the time pressures of a parent with young children! The 28 videos are short in length and have closed captions available (switch on or off as you wish) so that if you want to watch whilst your small person is asleep you can do so without the worry of waking them.

You have access to the course for 3 years from the point of purchase and you can revisit sections as often as you wish during this time after you’ve completed them. This virtual course is designed for you to go at your own pace. There are no actual assessments, however where a quiz may help your learning for a topic one has been added. If you complete all the sections you can download a certificate of completion – why should our children get all the awards?!
