We run courses for healthcare professionals including GPs, Dental Practices and physiotherapy clinics. Our courses include specialist training including use of training AEDs and equipment which health care professionals will have on site such as bag-valve face masks.
The UK Resuscitation Council states that “healthcare organisations have an obligation to provide a high-quality resuscitation service, and ensure that staff are trained and updated regularly and with appropriate frequency to a level of proficiency appropriate to each individual’s expected role”.
Our Resuscitation for Health Care Professionals course is suitable for all and the Medical Emergencies course has been designed as a bolt-on module to meet the needs of Dental Practices in particular. Topics from this module can be added to the Resuscitation course – Anaphylaxis is a very popular addition. Please discuss your needs at point of booking.
Persons using an AED should receive regular training – it has been recommended by the resuscitation council that this should be at least yearly and “preferably more often”. Group rates available.

For dental practices, the British Dental Association recommends that training in dealing with Medical Emergencies is undertaken in addition to CPR training for clinical staff. Price dependent upon requirements.
