Level 1 Award in Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health

This 4-hour qualification is designed to provide learners with knowledge to increase awareness of mental health issues, to help staff to communicate by noticing issues and starting conversations which will reduce stigma in the workplace and foster a positive working environment. Learners will know how to recognise and manage stress which is one of the biggest workplace issues in terms of poor mental health.

Recommended for: anyone wanting to increase their knowledge of this subject and in reducing stigma around talking about mental health in the workplace.
