Persons using an AED should receive regular training – it has been recommended by the Resuscitation Council UK that this should be at least yearly and “preferably more often”.  Underwood Training believes that it is important an individual is trained in using an AED considering workplace specific logistics and using the closest training model that we have available to your live workplace AED.

For this reason, we usually run this course in-house. If your workplace does not have a suitable space to hold a course, we can host the course for you at no additional cost at our training premises in Leeds. If you are an individual requiring this training please contact us and we will endeavour to link you with other clients who also require this.  This course can be used an Annual Refresher for your qualified First Aiders on site.

Regular update training and access to a training AED model when purchasing the AED are all considerations that must be addressed as well as issues of emergency procedures, location, accessibility and storage.
